Bhaichung Bhutia to attend the inaugural event. Bhaichung Stadium at Namchi will be inaugurated by the Vice President of India M. Venkaiah Naidu and Sikkim’s Governor Ganga Prasad and Chief Minister PS Tamang to attend the function.
